Green, human energy, innovation—these are some of BP's core values. Sonic ID helped BP build a platform for communicating these brand values with music and sound.
Every year BP recognizes its best vendors—those who operate in a way most consistent with the company’s core values—at its esteemed Helios Awards. BP came to Sonic ID to establish a sonic identity from which all BP communications are derived, and to use the Helios Awards event as a first opportunity to launch the sound of the brand.
Working with BP’s leadership team, Sonic ID developed moodboards and created a series of original compositions that reflect the brand. We delivered the first iterations of the BP sonic identity in the form of highly-experiential, 3D soundscapes for the Helios event.
This project seeded BP’s sonic identity with tools and audio assets to build on as this global brand evolves.
